If you have problems with a product you bought from Martinsson Elektronik, please contact our RMA department who can help you. You can reach them by email or call 08-744 03 00.

Before returning a product to Martinsson Elektronik, we require that you agree to our return policy, see the document on the right, and that you have an RMA number that you notice the return of the goods and use as reference in all communication with us in this matter.

To obtain an RMA number, you register your product at the login page. You will receive a RMA number via email. If you do not have a login to this site, send us an emailand we'll help you.
